Carmela J Montaperto

Carmela J. Montaperto moved to Milford, PA in 1988 with her husband Jim & three children, originally from Greenwood Lake, New York. She received her Pennsylvania real estate license in 1989. Prior to real estate she was in the nursing field in West Milford, New Jersey. Carmela worked for a Coldwell Banker Company and in 1997 started Pinnacle Realty Associates, Inc with two other people. In 1998 the company became Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Realty. In 2001 Carmela became the broker for the company and in 2005 sole owner. She received an e-Pro designation in 2010. I believe customer service is key, in this industry, or any other. I also believe that the client comes first & will give you the best possible service that I can. Real estate-real easy!" says Carmela. Besides listing & selling real estate and running the company, Carmela is a charter member and director of the Kiwanis Club of Delaware Valley; she is president of the advisory board of Penn State Cooperative Extension, Pike County, and an avid bowler.
